Why this exists

I've been coaching people through weight loss since 2012. Over those years I've watched so many people lose their weight beautifully, and then watched the weight come back. Not because they failed, but because nobody ever gave them a real plan for the after.

I've lived it myself, too, and I've kept my weight off.

But this program isn't built on my experience alone. I read a lot of research, and I've talked with a lot of people in this field. Before anything goes on this site, I test it against the science and make sure it holds up. When the evidence is solid, I say so plainly. When it's still mixed, I'll tell you that too.

Weigh to Stay is the plan for the after. It's free, it's self-paced, and it's built around one goal: once the weight is off, it stays off.

A note on how this site is made

Everything in this program comes from real life and real research: my years of coaching people through losing weight and, more importantly, keeping it off, the science I've read and checked, and what I'm seeing today with GLP-1 medications. The ideas, the stories, the rules and the recommendations are all mine.

I do use AI as an assistant. It helps me build the website and turn my thoughts into clear, organized writing. But I review every word, and nothing goes up that I wouldn't say to a client sitting across from me.

This is a living program, not a website someone built and forgot about. It's still under construction, so please be patient with me as I keep adding to it and updating it as the science and the GLP-1 landscape change.

What I recommend, and why

Now and then I recommend a product I personally use and love. Some of those links are affiliate links, which means I may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. It helps keep this site free. I only recommend things I actually use, and you'll never see me recommend artificial sweeteners. You can find everything in one place on My Favorite Products.

A quick word of care

This program shares general information and my own experience. It isn't medical advice. Please talk with your doctor before making medical decisions, especially about medications like GLP-1s.
